The website functions solely as a mechanism for requesting and scheduling consultation appointments following prior referral or preliminary contact.

Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed directly by Dr. Zahir Khan or via authorised communication.

Consultations may take place:

• At a clinical or meeting venue
• Via secure video consultation
• Via telephone consultation

2Payment Terms

Consultation fees are communicated prior to confirmation.

Payment may be requested in advance via secure payment link (e.g., Stripe). In some cases, payment may be made after the consultation at the discretion of Dr. Zahir Khan.

There is no automatic entitlement to consultation without payment; however, Dr. Zahir Khan retains discretion to offer reduced or waived fees in appropriate circumstances.

Once a consultation has taken place, or once consultation time has been reserved and payment received, fees are non-refundable, as payment reflects professional time allocation.

3Cancellations

If an appointment is cancelled with reasonable notice, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Dr. Zahir Khan.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment may result in loss of reserved time and associated fees.

4International Consultations

While primarily based in London, United Kingdom, consultations may be provided to individuals located outside the UK.

It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure that receiving consultation advice from a UK-based practitioner is lawful within their jurisdiction.

Aashiaana Manor Ltd does not assume responsibility for regulatory or licensing differences outside the United Kingdom.

Consultations provided are advisory and professional in nature based on information supplied at the time.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment results.
